MANTA RAY

It shouldn't be too hard to figure out the true identity of this character unless you've been living in a cave and you're positively batty. To create my version of him, I just had to swap his accustomed image for that of another "winged" creature that has frightened or unnerved people through history, which has at times been called a "Devilfish". The imagery still works pretty well. After all, "criminals are a cowardly, superstitious lot..."
